How much is the shipping cost on your site?

Shipping fee for all your purchases from our online store. No shipping fee is charged for purchases where the basket amount is ………… TL and above.

Which cargo company do you work with?

The orders you place on our online store are delivered to you with the assurance of SÜRAT Kargo.

When will my cargo arrive?

Your order will be delivered to cargo within 2-5 days after your purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped within the first 2 business days following these days.

During campaign periods, this period is 6 to 8 days.

How many days does it take to return?

According to the "Right of Withdrawal Without Giving a Reason" article of the Consumer Law, you can return the product within the first fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt.

How can I track my cargo?

After your order is delivered to the cargo, you can track the status of your cargo.

If you are a member, you can find out the status of your order from the "Where is my cargo?" link in the relevant order detail in the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" menu. If you have made a purchase without being a member, you can view the status of your cargo using the "Order Tracking" link at the bottom of the home page.

Are orders shipped abroad or to the TRNC?

Orders are sent abroad or to TRNC.

My order arrived incorrectly/defectively, what should I do?

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please send the product(s) you wish to return, along with the return form and invoice sent to you with your order, to the address below free of charge via SÜRAT Cargo.

The product amount will be reported to your bank to be refunded to the credit card you used for payment within 10 business days.

How can I receive my order if there is no branch of the cargo company in my location?

In this case, your order will be kept at the cargo branch closest to your location and you will be contacted to pick it up.
